Returns window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, and in the original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email hello@basketfulgifts.com with your order number to obtain return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and make it right.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and final-sale items. If you’re unsure about your item, please reach out before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Cancellations
If your parcel hasn’t shipped yet, you may cancel for a full refund by contacting us. If it has already shipped, please follow the return process above for a refund after the item is returned.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we can reship it once you pay the new postage, or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
